Jim's Burgers has been a part of the Santa Maria community since before 1990, serving fresh, satisfying meals with the same commitment to quality that has made us a local favorite for generations. In 2016, longtime owner Paul passed the torch to Carlos, beginning a new chapter in Jim's Burgers' story. Carlos brought with him years of experience and a true passion for cooking. Having worked as a burger chef since 2000, he was dedicated to preserving the traditions that customers loved while continuing to raise the standard for quality and flavor.

Today, Jim's Burgers remains proudly locally owned and operated in Santa Maria. Every burger is prepared with care using fresh ingredients, and every customer is treated like family.
